Leyton Germany is growing – and so is our HR team. We're looking for an experienced HR Director (m/f/d) to lead our HR function and support our scale-up journey with structure, expertise and strategic drive.

In Germany, we’re scaling fast – and we need an HR leader who’s ready to build, guide and grow. As HR Director (m/f/d), you’ll report directly to the CEO and own the full HR setup across Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Office Management.

Tätigkeiten

  • Leading and developing our HR team in Germany, including:
  • Team Lead Talent Acquisition (leading a team of 4 recruiters)
  • HR Manager
  • 2 Office Managers
  • Driving scalable HR processes that support our continued growth
  • Acting as a sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related topics
  • Ensuring compliance with German labour law and maintaining strong collaboration with the works council
  • Shaping organizational design, talent development, and company culture across all sites
  • Collaborating with international HR stakeholders and aligning with global standards
  • Occasionally traveling to our other offices in Munich and Berlin

Qualifikationen

  • Extensive experience in HR, including leadership roles in dynamic and growing organizations
  • Strong expertise in German labour law and experience working with a works council
  • Proven ability to lead diverse HR functions across recruitment, operations and admin
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and advise leadership
  • Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken)
